RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Culture, Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al-Saud, posted a tweet on Friday hinting at an educational surprise set to be announced next week.

Bin Farhan, who is also the governor of the Royal Commission for AlUla, tweeted “‘Education first…education last’…a pleasant surprise coming next week.”
