RIYADH, 2 May — The Embassy will be conducting its regular Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach program to the Filipino Community in Buraidah, Al-Qassim on May 3 and 4. The EOW will provide consular services at Kabeib Street, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and then from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM on Friday. The EOW team which is composed of Vice-Consul Raymond R. Balatbat, Attache Nilo De Guzman and Attache Emmanuel Espinelli will be providing passport services, issuing notarials (special power of attorneys, affidavits), authenticating documents (marriage certificates, transcript of records) and issuing certifications (change of profession, conversion to Islam).
