Islamic trade show to start on June 9

JEDDAH, 28 May  — On behalf of Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed will open the first trade exhibition by the Islamic countries in Jeddah on June 9. Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Ali, president of the Islamic Development Bank, the organizer of the show, said the event would promote intra-Islamic trade. Three seminars focusing on IDB’s role in boosting trade and investment in the OIC member states will be conducted on the sidelines of the exhibition, he said.
