RIYADH, 4 January — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fad issued orders yesterday appointing 92 members in the General Commission for Investigation and Prosecution. In another royal order, the king promoted 218 military officers in different military ranks. One brigadier general is promoted to the rank of major general, 14 colonels to the rank of brigadier general, 11 lieutenant colonels to the rank of colonels and 77 majors to the rank of lieutenant colonels.
