JEDDAH, 18 August — Two Saudis from the same family died of thirst in the desert of Wadi Al-Dawasir while another man, who also lost his way in the desert, was saved by security officers, Okaz newspaper reported yesterday. The rescue workers set off after receiving two calls for help after the three lost their way in the desert outside Wadi Al-Dawasir. They found one man the next morning. He had lost his way while going to work in Raniya. The rescue workers continued their search and found the bodies of the two men in the Dahi region between Wadi Al-Dawasir and Aflaj, the paper said.
