JEDDAH, 5 November — The Ministry of Agriculture and Water fined two Filipinos working in a fishing boat belonging to a Saudi SR5,000 for violating fishing regulations in the Kingdom’s waters. They were found to be using fishing guns and other weapons banned here. The officials also seized a quarter ton of fish, said Madani Gazzaz, director of marine wealth in Jeddah.
