Housemaid attacks employer’s kin

JIZAN, 9 February — A Saudi man has accused his maid of attacking his family with a knife while he was away from home. Al-Madinah reported yesterday that the man said police advised him to deport the maid — described as mentally unstable — before she can create any more trouble. The man had taken the maid to hospital for treatment of her mental disorder. He also moved her from his house to that of his father in the hope that it would help her to feel more comfortable.
