Indian costumes show in Riyadh

RIYADH, 24 September — A major exhibition featuring traditional Indian costumes and royal regalia will be organized by Indian Embassy here next month in cooperation with the national museum of Saudi Arabia. The three-week event entitled “Libaas - Indian costumes through centuries” will be inaugurated on Oct. 5 by Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Indian minister of state for small scale industries, at King Abdul Aziz Historical Center (KAHC), said Sunita Maine Ahmed, wife of Indian Ambassador Talmiz Ahmed. The show will be open to public from Oct. 6 to 25. (MGAK)
