JEDDAH, 11 March 2003 — The Saudi-Iranian Joint Economic Commission, which concluded its meetings here Sunday, stressed the two sides’ desire to reach an agreement on avoiding double taxation, opening markets for domestic products and eliminating all customs barriers. Commerce Minister Osama Faqeeh said an agreement would be signed with Iran’s central bank to open a credit line of $50 million.
