Saudi aid agency launches training courses in Indonesia

JAKARTA: The Saudi aid agency KSrelief has launched a volunteer training project in Jakarta.

The project focuses on economic empowerment and advanced first aid, and is taking place until Aug. 18 with the participation of 23 volunteers from various fields.

The agency’s team has conducted training courses in advanced first aid; sewing and embroidery; electrical installations; nutrition; basic air-conditioning maintenance; and the fundamentals of photography, editing, and content creation. The courses have benefited 200 people.

The initiative reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to providing suitable training programs that help to empower young people to generate income and improve their living standards.

It also contributes to developmental efforts in various countries and among those in need.
