Uphill Task for Goat Chasers

HAIL, 2 November 2004 — Two Saudi youngsters were faced with an uphill task after they bought a goat in Hail. When the time came to collect the goat, the animal ran away to a nearby mountain called Aja, west of Hail. And it went right up to the top of the mountain with one of the youngsters in tow. He got stuck when he was on top of the mountain and could not get down. His friend went up after him to rescue him and he also got stuck on the mountaintop. Both men had to wait for the fire forces to arrive and rescue them after they had spent two hours on top of the dangerous mountain, Okaz newspaper reported.
