Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s aid agency KSrelief continues to provide vital assistance to some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.
The organization recently distributed 23,880 hot meals to Palestinian people in need across central and southern Gaza.
In Yemen, KSrelief distributed 200 tents and 300 shelter kits to people affected by floods and winds in Marib governorate, and handed out 1,780 cartons of dates in Aden governorate, benefiting 10,680 displaced persons and people with disabilities.
In Mali, KSrelief distributed 200 food baskets to widows, individuals with disabilities, and other people in need in Timbuktu, benefiting 1,200 people.
The agency also delivered 25 tonnes of dates as a gift from Saudi Arabia to Turkmenistan. Saudi Ambassador to Turkmenistan Amer Al-Shehri handed over the dates in Ashgabat.
Since 2015, KSrelief has implemented 4,219 projects in 113 countries, spending more than $8.3 billion on food security, health, education, water and sanitation, shelter, and early recovery.
