RIYADH, 23 July 2005 — Twenty orphans from the Orphans Charitable Society in Riyadh will take part in a number of training programs conducted by companies of the Saudi Research & Marketing Group.
The courses are geared to enhance the young people’s work skills so they may find better employment opportunities in the labor market.
They will gain experience in different fields, including publishing, circulation, data entry and government affairs.
The trainees also will learn the specifics of distribution of SRMG newspapers and magazines. At the end of the courses, which run through August, each trainee will be paid SR1,500.
Saleh Al-Yousuf, director of the society, expressed his appreciation to SRMG Chairman Prince Faisal ibn Salman, who has shown his long-term interest in helping the society both improve and develop its programs and services.
