RIYADH, 8 April 2006 — All employees of Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG) and its subsidiaries will receive a month’s salary as bonus based on their March 2006 pay, it was announced here yesterday.
Prince Faisal Bin Salman, chairman of the group, took the decision in appreciation of the employees’ efforts that reflected in the group’s financial performance in 2005 and this year. The group posted a net profit of SR181.4 million last year, the largest in its history.
“The bonus covers all regular employees in the group’s companies and printing presses all over the world,” a company statement said.
Directors of SRMG companies and editors in chief of the group’s publications have thanked the board of directors for the decision and said the bonus would boost the performance of employees.
