TAIF: A judge here ordered a Saudi man accused of cursing at Municipality employees to pay a SR4,000 fine, the Al-Watan daily reported yesterday. The ruling came after three employees from the Taif municipality filed a police complaint against the man who owns a shop they were inspecting. The municipality employees claim they were conducting a routine inspection of his shop and the man began cursing at them. Police transferred the case to the court and the judge ordered the man to pay a SR4,000 fine to a local charity.
