DAMMAM: Saudi border guards arrested on Saturday a man wanted for a murder he allegedly committed 10 years ago. Col. Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, spokesman for the Border Guard in the Eastern Province, said the 45-year-old Saudi was arrested while trying to sneak into the Kingdom from a neighboring country.
“After investigations police discovered the man was wanted for killing one of his relatives in a fight 10 years ago and had fled to a neighboring country to escape execution,” he said.
Al-Ghamdi said the man returned to the Kingdom after learning his brother had been murdered by his victim’s brothers.
