Arab News would like to reassure car dealers and readers over the figure it published Sunday about car sales in the Kingdom dropping by 80 percent during January.

Although Arab News was given the figure by car industry sources, it has since been contacted by a number of car dealers who doubt the figure and said it was not true and did not reflect the reality of their sales in the Kingdom. We regret any inconvenience caused to anyone.
