Haia foils attempt to kidnap boy

According to Saturday’s edition of Al-Madinah newspaper, the Haia agent stopped the man because he appeared to be driving in a state of intoxication. When the agent realized the boy appeared to have been kidnapped, he pulled the child out of the vehicle. The man then attempted to run over the Haia agent. Other Haia agents responding to the incident managed to subdue the driver. They found liquor in the vehicle and handed the perpetrator over to police.
