MADINAH: A patient was attacked while in intensive care at the Al-Mahad General Hospital on Sunday.
He had already sustained severe injuries from his involvement in a fight between two gangs.
Members of the other gang arrived at the hospital and attacked the patient while he was still sleeping. Doctors intervened to guard the victim until police arrived. Officers arrested the attackers and are still investigating the incident.
