BURAIDAH: Civil Defense officers in Qasim have referred the case of a little girl that drowned when she fell into an underground sewage tank to police, a local daily reported. The accident happened late on Saturday and the three-year-old was already dead when she reached hospital. Civil Defense officials suspect negligence on the family’s part.
