Swiss court rejects Gadhafi's reparation demand

The son of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi had filed a civil complaint against the daily Tribune de Geneve and the cantonal (state) government after the paper published the picture.
Lawyer Marc Hassberger, who defended the newspaper, said late Monday that the court ruled the publication of the photo was illegal but declined to grant Gadhafi damages.
The ruling can be appealed.
Gadhafi was arrested in 2008 for allegedly beating up his servants in a luxury hotel. He was later released and charges were dropped.
Prosecutors are still investigating who leaked the photo to the paper.
