Police arrested a young man trying to use a jackhammer to bust open an ATM early one recent morning. In custody, the man told the cops he was simply trying to get just one 20-riyal bill out of the machine. Perplexed by the suspect's alibi, police took him for mental evaluation to determine if he's mentally deranged. Either way, he's not likely to see freedom anytime soon.
