Campbell-Brown clocked a time of 11:02 seconds on Saturday for her first win in the 100 this season. Japan's Chisato Fukushima was second with a time of 11:27 while Australia's Melissa Breen was third in 11:47.
Campbell-Brown, who won gold in the women's 200 in Beijing and Athens, started slowly but quickly made up ground to finish comfortably ahead of Fukushima.
Jamaica also won the men's 100, with Michael Frater clocking a time of 10:24.
