The mission said the two police advisers were near their home in Nyala in South Darfur early Saturday when they were abducted by three gunmen in a vehicle.
The motive was unclear, but authorities were searching for the missing peacekeepers.
Jordanian Information Minister Ali Ayed said Sunday the two Jordanian officers were believed to be unharmed.
He said a total of four Jordanians were working for the UN mission in Darfur. He said the remaining two are safe.
The UNAMID force was deployed in January 2008 to protect civilians and improve security in Darfur.
