Actress Veena Malik's manager, Sohail Rashid, said Thursday that she met ICC anti-corruption officials on Wednesday evening.
"She has shown whatever evidences she had to anti-corruption unit officials," Rashid said. "I can't comment on this matter further than this." Malik had told Associated Press Television News that an Indian man frequently called and sent text messages to Asif, which she found suspicious.
Pakistan will not include the trio of suspected players — Salman Butt, Mohammad Amir and Asif — in the two Twenty20 and one-day internationals against England.
All three were accused by a British tabloid of a plan to deliberately bowl no-balls during the fourth test against England at Lord's.
Pakistan team manager Yawar Saeed said in Taunton that the three players were not suspended but that they will not play in the remainder of the tour.
Saeed said he would be asking for replacements to increase the squad to 16 for the ODIs.
Meanwhile, foreign office spokesman Abdul Basit said that it was better to wait till the Scotland Yard finished its inquiry into the allegations.
"Investigations are still on and we have not yet received comprehensive report from our high commission in London," Basit said. "It is better to wait till then rather saying any thing at this stage."
