The 65-year-old driver and three women died when their car speeding overturned on the highway. All the victims were taken to Prince Sultan Hospital in the nearby town of Oraiarah in Zulfi.
In another accident in Hofuf, three Asians were seriously injured when a sewage tanker overturned near the College of Shariah and Islamic Studies. A Civil Defense team rescued the three men who were trapped inside the cabin and took them to King Fahd Hospital.
