According to police, the elder brother stabbed the 16-year-old victim during the argument. A source said the killer wanted to scare his younger brother while they were fighting but by mistake stabbed him in the chest.
The elder brother rushed the victim to the neighborhood clinic after he collapsed in a pool of blood. The killer was reportedly in hysterics.
Doctors at the clinic transferred the victim to King Faisal Hospital in Taif as they could not control the bleeding. He was rushed to the hospital’s intensive care unit and doctors tried to stop the bleeding, but he died shortly afterward.
Police immediately arrested the elder brother.
