Somebody in the Civil Defense or in the local police department came up with a genius plan: Acquire a Lexus and put an officer in an abayya to pose as the girl. The ploy worked. The man came down from his roost and was promptly arrested.
Police suspect the young man is suffering from psychological problems. Really? What gives them that idea?
