The court is an administrative judicial authority that looks at the lawsuits raised by citizens against government departments and the violations which might be committed by these departments to rules and regulations in the Kingdom. It has established a number of administrative courts in various specialties. It also looks at claims concerning rights in the military and civil laws, cases concerning retirement of government employees and other independent organs.
The court held a number of workshops under the title “Realities and Prospects of Training,” which were aimed at boosting the quality of judges and court personnel.
More than 120 judges participated in these workshops.
