Police said the man got to know the young girl about two and a half months ago and took her to Taif where they lived together for a long time. The girl’s family then informed the police who launched a massive search for her.
Police said the girl was found on Al-Shuaiba Road in a bad shape and was taken to the Maternity and Children's Hospital in Makkah where she was given treatment and then handed over to the Prosecution and Investigation Commission for questioning.
The girl was later handed over to the custody of her parents. Police are still searching for the suspect.
