who went on a 23-2 run in the second quarter to erase what was a 16-point
deficit, then put it away with a 24-5 burst in the fourth.
Louis Williams scored 24 points for Philadelphia, which
got 15 more from fellow reserve Thaddeus Young.
In Boston, Dante Cunningham hit a
15-foot jumper with 34 seconds left as the Charlotte Bobcats erased a 13-point
deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the struggling Boston Celtics.
The Bobcats outscored the Celtics 30-15 in the final
period. Boston's hopes ended when Ray Allen missed a 3-point attempt and Kevin
Garnett failed on a jumper in the final 5 seconds.
Charlotte moved two games behind Indiana, which lost to
Sacramento, for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Boston, which
began the night a half-game behind Chicago for the best record in the East,
lost for the sixth time in 10 games.
DJ White led the Bobcats with a career-high 17 points.
Boston was led by Paul Pierce with 18.
In Orlando, Florida, Dwight Howard had
21 points and 14 rebounds, and Hedo Turkoglu added 20 points and 13 assists to
lead Orlando over New Jersey.
Orlando won its fifth straight game and completed a 4-0
season sweep of New Jersey.
Anthony Morrow had 19 points for the Nets, while Jordan
Farmar added 15 points and 16 assists. New Jersey lost for the fifth time in
six games.
In New York, Brandon Jennings
scored a season-high 37 points to help Milwaukee send New York to its fifth
consecutive loss.
Australian Andrew Bogut added 21 points and 17 rebounds
for the Bucks, who won for the third time in four games and pulled within two
games of Indiana for the final playoff spot in the East.
Amare Stoudemire scored 28 points for the Knicks, losers
of eight of nine and 7-11 since acquiring Carmelo Anthony, who finished with

In Indianapolis, DeMarcus Cousins
had 18 points and 14 rebounds to help Sacramento to its fourth win in seven
games.
Samuel Dalembert had 16 points and 10 rebounds, Francisco
Garcia scored 16 points and Marcus Thornton added 15 points and nine rebounds
for the Kings.
Danny Granger scored 20 points for the Pacers.
In Cleveland, J.J. Hickson
scored 24 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, and Baron Davis hit a critical
3-pointer with 9.9 seconds remaining, to lead Cleveland to a win over Detroit.
The win was only the second in the last 10 games for
Cleveland, while Detroit has lost three straight and six of eight.
Davis returned for Cleveland after missing three games
because of back spasms. He scored 16 points and had five assists in 24 minutes.
Tayshuan Prince and Richard Hamilton scored 15 points
apiece for Detroit.
In Chicago, Derrick Rose scored
24 points and added seven rebounds and seven assists as the Bulls won their
11th in 12 games.
Rose made two free throws with 21/2 minutes left to give
Chicago the lead, then drove past Tony Allen and converted over Marc Gasol with
10 seconds remaining to give Chicago a match-winning lead.
Luol Deng scored 23 and Carlos Boozer added 12 points and
nine boards for Chicago.
Zach Randolph scored 16 points and Gasol added 14 for
Memphis.
In Oklahoma City, Kevin
Durant scored 23 points and Russell Westbrook added 19 points in Oklahoma
City's eight-point win over Minnesota.
Serge Ibaka had 12 points and 10 rebounds for his third
double-double in the past four games, and the Thunder had seven players score
in double figures.
Anthony Randolph started in place of Kevin Love for the
second straight game and had 24 points and 15 rebounds for Minnesota.
In Denver, Chris Andersen had 11
rebounds and was one of four players to score 17 points for Denver, which
improved to 12-4 since trading Carmelo Anthony to New York.
Danilo Gallinari, Ty Lawson and Al Harrington also had
17.
Jordan Crawford had 19 points, JaVale McGee had 13 points
and 13 rebounds for the Wizards.
Washington fell to 1-34 on the road and has two games
left on its five-game Western trip.
In Los Angeles, Kobe Bryant
scored 37 points, Pau Gasol added 26 points and eight rebounds, and Los Angeles
never trailed in its 14th victory in 15 games since the All-Star break.
During a game filled with flashy plays and two more
jaw-dropping 'alley-oop' dunks by rookie Blake Griffin, the Lakers maintained a
steady lead over their city rivals for their NBA-leading 10th start-to-finish
win of the season.
Mo Williams scored a season-high 30 points and Griffin
added 22 for the Clippers, who have lost four of six.
In Portland, Oregon, Nicolas
Batum had 21 points to give Portland its sixth straight home win.
San Antonio led by as many as 10 in the fourth quarter,
but Portland pulled back to 91-90 after a pair of free throws from Batum.
Parker answered with a layup and Manu Ginobili made a 3-pointer to put San
Antonio in front 96-90 with 1:21 left, before the Trail Blazers stormed home.
Ginobili finished with 21 points and seven assists for
the Western Conference-leading Spurs, who were coming off a 122-115 loss at
Denver on Wednesday that opened a three-game road trip.
In Oakland, California, Monta
Ellis had 27 points and 10 assists and the Golden State Warriors scored an NBA
season-high 84 points in the first half.
Stephen Curry added 23 points and eight assists to help
the Warriors end a six-game losing streak. The first-half points total topped
this season's previous high of 80 set by Denver in a 127-99 victory over
Cleveland earlier this season.
DeMar DeRozan, Leandro Barbosa and Ed Davis scored 19
points each in a demoralizing defeat for a Toronto team also assured of missing
the playoffs.
In Phoenix, Carl Landry scored 19
points and New Orleans sent Phoenix sinking further out of the Western
Conference playoff race.
The Hornets, who lost leading scorer David West for the
season with a knee injury in a victory at Utah on Thursday night, won for the
fifth time in six games to stay in a virtual tie with Portland for the No. 6
spot in the West.
Chris Paul led five Hornets in double figures with 22
points. Jarrett Jack added 17.
Marcin Gortat had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the
Suns.Grant Hill also scored 18.
