The government disaster agency says more than 40,000 people are living in temporary shelters in three provinces that remain flooded.
The agency said Monday that electricity was slowly being restored in the hardest-hit province of Nakhon Si Thammarat, where the majority of deaths occurred.
Rail service remained severely disrupted in much of southern Thailand.
Weather forecasts said scattered showers were expected across the region this week.
The disaster agency said 2 million people in 10 southern provinces have been affected by flooding that started March 23.
