Modishly friendly chefs are placed at workstations to craft the perfect assortment before your eyes as Chinese flavors come alive: noodle bowls, handmade dumplings and shrimp cakes, freshly roasted Beijing Duck served with delicate pancakes. An assortment of Arabic food on the side bridges the cultural distinctions of both cuisines. Hilton hosts a weeklong cultural cuisine festival twice a year.
Desserts such as blue cocktail cakes with light flavors, rich chocolate mousse and Arabic sweets add a variety to the multi-faceted menu. Green tea imported from China serves pure essence in every flavor. The garish ambiance of Al-Safina welcomes a mixture of nationalities from all around the world. The Mediterranean mood is contemporary with classic furnishing. Interiors are classic, with strokes of magnificent colors that are modest in their undertone. Being a Hilton prodigy the mood is somber and formality strikes out the prim and proper disposition. However Tastes of China brings in a relaxed sense of ease to Al Safina. The buffet can be enjoyed in the Al-Safina’s marvelously vivid interior and on the outdoor terrace. Al-Safina owns the capacity to seat 170 people and offers a price of SR165 per person. It is available between 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. during the week.
