Following several complaints about car theft, police organized a secret unit and managed to link the car thefts to a man with criminal background. After monitoring him, police found that he met with five others. Following a background check, police found out that they did not own any cars yet they were driving a number of cars. Police found out that one of the vehicles they were driving was reported stolen from Hail.
