Facelift for Jeddah Corniche

“We’ll follow up implementation of the project every day. We’ll count on every minute, not only hours,” the governor said about the massive project that covers 341,000 square meters.
Prince Khaled said the new project, which will cost SR170 million, would add to the beauty of Jeddah city and help Jeddawis to have a nice time on the Corniche.
He also disclosed plans to develop the eastern side of Corniche, adding that it would be carried out shortly.
“My happiness will not be complete until I see the development of districts such as Ghaleel, Ajaweed, Samir and Quwaiza,” he said.
Prince Khaled said a lot of development projects would be carried out in Jeddah in the coming years. “We want to make Jeddah one of the beautiful cities in the world.”
He said the new Corniche project would be completed in four phases.
