Ireland says rate cut to save it 600-800 mln euros annually

“(It is) of the order of 2 percent and my reckoning without having all of the details, which have yet to be worked out, would be somewhere between the order of 600 to 800 million, which is quite substantial,” Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny told the state broadcaster RTE.
