A regional police spokeswoman said 13 French nationals, three Germans, two Dutch, one Swiss and a Slovenian — all aged between 20 and 22-years old — will appear in court Thursday.
She said crowds clashed with police after officers ordered a nightclub closed after people started to faint when its air conditioning system broke down. Missiles were thrown and bins set on fire during the clashes.
The officer spoke on condition of anonymity in keeping with police regulations.
