“This is truly an event that focuses on all that your need for weddings,” remarked Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Secretary General Adnan Mandoura while touring the exhibits after cutting the ribbon.
This is the inaugural international event for bridal wears, beauty, jewelry, accessories, furnishings and hospitality for Al-Harithy Company for Exhibitions (ACE), which has organized the three-day event.
A large number of wedding and fashion designers, professionals and boutique and shop owners were present at the exhibition, which focuses on an industry that is witnessing a continuous demand and recording an increase in expenditure both on products and services.
“This unique show brings together the complete paraphernalia of what a wedding requires,” said ACE’s Vice President Zahoor Siddique.
ACE has been staging international trade exhibitions for more than 30 years and has successfully organized more than 500 events across a wide range of industry sectors in Jeddah.
“The display of the latest styles in all that we need for weddings is quite attractive and this event is something that we missed on this scale so far,” Sarah Abdul Rahman, a fashion designer, remarked.
The highlight of the show is a national Turkish pavilion comprising 33 companies supported by the Undersecretariate for Foreign Trade of Turkey.
Participating alongside are companies from Korea, Lebanon, and UAE and a large number of Saudi companies dealing in a range of products catering to this booming industry.
There will be special features in the form of live demonstrations from beauticians, fashion and haute couture houses and fitness centers. Both exhibitors and visitors said it would be an enriching experience for them in a market that has the highest spend on weddings.
The show timings are daily 5-10 p.m.
