The visit aims to bring diplomats up close and personal with the campus, which was designed and built according to international standards.
"The delegation visited the university’s smart classroom and the most recently built labs," said Hussain Qusadi, director of projects administration.
The tour included visit to the first phase of the project, which cost more than SR3 billion.
The group also visited the new dormitory, which can house 600 students, and the computer science college among others.
The Jazan University project is considered one of the most important part of the government’s effort to develop the region.
