"Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah has agreed to write off the fines to be imposed on citizens on the basis Article 28 of the weapons law if they come forward to renew their licenses," the ministry said.
The ministry urged citizens possessing weapons to renew their licenses quickly, making use of this royal gesture.
