The Arabic language teacher at Al-Fatah Intermediate School in Makkah, was killed by a man following a dispute. The murder happened on a ring road near Al-Noor Specialist Hospital, Al-Madinah newspaper reported.
The funeral prayer for the teacher was held after Fajr prayers at the Grand Mosque on Wednesday. His body was buried at Al-Moalla cemetery in the presence of a huge crowd that included his family members, colleagues and students.
Many of his colleagues said the teacher was a man of exceptional character who was punctual and active in all curricular and extracurricular activities of the school.
Muhammad Al-Jabiri, director of the education in Makkah, expressed his profound grief over the death of the teacher and conveyed condolences to his family. People from all walks of life gathered at his house to offer their condolences.
