During the meeting, MODON presented its successful experience in setting up industrial cities.
The areas and sectors in which German companies in the German Federal State of Baden-Württemberg excel and can invest or implement projects were also identified.
Those sectors include: automotive industry, environment technology, infrastructure and production techniques.
The delegation comprised government officials and business leaders. It was led by Niels Schmidt, deputy premier and minister of finance and economy in the state of Baden-Württemberg.
A top MODON official said the industrial cities in the Kingdom are attractive to many local and global projects due to their economic advantages, incentives and facilities.
These features make the establishment of industrial projects or the implementation of service projects or infrastructure as feasible economic opportunities, he said.
He emphasized MODON's desire to attract new technologies; especially in the areas in which Germany industry outclasses, such as, automotive industry, environment technology, infrastructure, and production techniques.
MODON has also received an invitation to visit the German Federal State of Baden-Württemberg to benefit from German expertise and to participate in exhibitions with the aim of increasing the bonds of close cooperation between the two countries in industrial investment.
