Organized by International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC), the event will be held from March 18-21 in Dammam.
Combining high level presentations and panel discussions, the summit will offer insights into current supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) technology, as well as applications, monitoring and upgrading procedures.
It will also highlight the benefits of utilizing and improving the SCADA system.
During its participation at the summit, Schneider Electric will launch its latest pumping network management solution that is designed to boost efficiency and enable real-time multi-site threat response, besides offering end-to-end visibility and improving network reliability. The energy management specialist will additionally showcase a range of solutions for Smart Grid Application.
Christophe Campagne, country president, Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia, said: "Launching our new solution at the Kingdom SCADA Summit is important for us. Using telemetry SCADA, a flexible process automation controller, and a network of remote terminal units, our software initiates controls automatically allowing fully automated and unattended operation. This leads to a reduction in running costs and carbon footprint. The solution also enables faster response in emergency and monitoring of supply and demand metrics for drinking water and flow of wastewater."
Day One will feature an interactive pre-conference workshop that will draw the participation of Mohammed Anwar, marketing manager, industrial automation activities, Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia.
Asrar Mufti, VP, Industry, will deliver a keynote address on the same day.
Speaking on 'You deserve an efficient Enterprise with EcoStruxure,' he will elaborate on the ecosystem that supports convergence, allowing for more efficiency, connecting automation and control through energy monitoring.
