The contract was signed with prominent businessman Abdul Aziz Alturki of Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd.
It included implementation of the initial work of infrastructure at Ras Al-Khair city.
It comprised implementing the utilities corridor lines, and site preparation and excavation and backfill and line implementation of limestone mud to the lift stations and building distribution networks of drinking water and fire water and sewage, in addition to distribution networks of electrical power and telecommunications based on fiber optic in addition to processing the security fence and gates.
The contract included the creation of 16 prefabricated trailers buildings each 552 square meters and doing work of settlement for footpaths, and area lighting, including utilities lines connections.
The contract is expected to be completed within three years.
This project comes within several project contracts signed for the infrastructure development in Ras Al-Khair city.
