Mohamed bin Abdullah Al-Kharashi is the new vice-chairman, according to a statement.
The STC announcement follows the recent assembly meeting of the board. The board also named sub-committees.
The new chairman thanked the board for the great confidence placed on him.
He said he looked forward to the new board playing an active role in the company’s growth and prosperity to achieve the aspirations of STC’s shareholders and customers.
