Binten said that the most important in the organization is to change the concept of work from the government sector that looks at the beneficiary of the service as an agent, not an auditor, stating that the Saudi Post is considered the first government agency to set up a profitable company specialized in postal transport which is the company “Naqel”.
During the launching ceremony of the program of the strategic plan established by the Office of Strategic Management at the Saudi Post under the title “Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard”, Binten explained the infrastructure for the work of the mail from a postal address that has reached more than 90 percent of the Kingdom, which has been completed, and the rehabilitation of employees in the organization, preparation for the delivery of government services, as well as e-commerce, and the upward growth in which it has benefited.
