Malabar Gold & Diamonds, a major jeweler retailer in the GCC and India, is all set to open its first outlet in Singapore. Claimed to be the biggest showroom of the brand, the new showroom is located on Syed Alwi Road, Arya Samaj Building, opposite Mustafa Centre.
The showroom displays an extensive collection of gold, diamonds, silver, pearl and platinum jewelries in exquisite designs and styles to suit the tastes of today’s international customers. Their latest range of jewelry in gold and diamonds especially designed for the festive season will also be available at this showroom.
The Singapore outlet will be inaugurated by its brand ambassador south Indian movie superstar Suriya at 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The group also announced its inaugural offer continues till Nov. 24. Buyers can avail a free gold medal with every jewelry purchase of 1,000 Singapore dollars.
The jeweler is unveiling its new branded jewelry segment “EVERAFTER — Wedding Bands.” It will be officially launched by Suriya on the opening day. To mark this occasion, the jewelry chain has unveiled more designs in its branded jewelry segment.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one of the world’s fastest growing jewelry chains, has seen rapid growth in just 20 years of operations. It currently operates 101 retail outlets, manufacturing facilities and supply chain divisions spanning seven countries.
Targeting at 220 outlets by 2015, the group opened its 100th outlet, in the northern Indian Gurgaon city recently. To celebrate its 20 years of existence, Malabar Gold & Diamonds has marked another milestone by declaring its latest CSR policies. The group will allocate 10 percent of its profits for the benefit of the needy and several projects, including environment conservation and women empowerment. It will as well support the medical and educational sectors for the less fortunate in the society.
