BMG inks deal with Arzon Solar to offer advisory, arrangement services

BMG Financial Group has signed an engagement letter with Arzon Solar LLC in the US state of California, to provide its advisory and arrangement services.
Basil Al-Ghalayini, chairman and CEO of BMG Financial Group, and Vahan Garboushian, CEO of Arzon Solar LLC, signed the engagement agreement in the group’s offices in Riyadh.
Arzon Solar LLC is described as the world’s major designer and manufacturer of concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) commercial solar power systems. It is powered by Amonix technology, experience and expertise.
Arzon Solar designs and manufactures commercial solar power systems that produce more energy per acre than any other solar installation, thanks to its concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology.
In addition, Arzon Solar enabled projects use no water in power production and require no site grading or other special preparation for its land use. Products offered by Arzon Solar are stated to be the best choice for solar generation in sunny and dry climates, which makes the GCC, and especially Saudi Arabia, a very suitable environment to apply its systems.
In 2014, Arzon Solar acquired the assets of Amonix, Inc., which offers more than 23 years of experience in utility-scale solar energy production.
A couple of months ago, Arzon Solar launched the uModule CPV platform, which is designed for robust and reliable solar power and is the highest commercially available module in the market.
Commenting on the event, Al-Ghalayini said: “It is a great opportunity to provide our group’s services to Arzon Solar. With the expertise of Arzon Solar and the experience of Amonix in solar energy and the huge potential our environment offers in this energy, we would offer a value-added opportunity to the investors from Saudi Arabia and the GCC to start implementing the solar energy systems in the region and to arrange for a future JV, which will initiate the beginning of the solar energy era in the GCC and the rest of the Middle East.”
