Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, which is known for its lavishly decorated Ramadan tent, is unveiling a new concept promising the “ultimate in luxury for iftar.”
This year, the Ramadan tent will be a bigger and brighter affair featuring a new color scheme and offering guests the opportunity to view their favorite programs on large plasma screens.
A special Kids Corner will cater to the young ones where, as well as discovering exciting activities, they’ll also have the opportunity to play in a creative atmosphere and watch cartoons.
Also, a special Saudi Corner at the foyer in partnership with the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Heritage will display Saudi handicrafts and culture, heritage and local craft development throughout the holy month.
Iftar will be served daily from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., the menu featuring a host of local and regional delights, many traditional dishes with a modern twist — “a new concept from our culinary team comprising Executive Chef Ahmed Fawzy, Saudi Chef Ali bin Youssef and Banquet team Ahmad Mostafa.
Hotel General Manager Rolf Lippuner explains: “Ramadan is the month where family and friends gather to celebrate the spirit of giving and sharing. On this special occasion, the hotel has a variety of delightful offerings that will make your iftar and sahur not only special, but also exceptional. Our beloved guests will most certainly enjoy a wonderful and unforgettable experience as they try the different savory dishes our food and beverage team has especially created this year.”
The Grill restaurant will be featuring a nightly buffet for sahur in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere in the new tent by the poolside, and will offer plentiful Arabic and international inspired dishes, along with an assortment of dishes and desserts, perfect for the final meal of the day, while they can watch UEFA Euro 2016 and feel the pulse of the game and live the excitement as they watch their favorite matches live, on its large flat screen TVs.
