Al Ahsa InterContinental Hotel names new oriental chef for Al Bustan Restaurant

Al Bustan Garden, one the hotel’s F&B outlets that specializes in Lebanese cuisine, has appointed Abbas Allam as its new oriental chef.
Abbas, a Lebanese by birth, brings over 16 years of culinary experience to his new post. He will be overseeing all of Al Bustan’s culinary operations that will keep the restaurant run smoothly and enhance the dining experience for all guests.
